IMS Filtri participated in the 44th edition of HostMilano 2025, the leading international event dedicated to the world of coffee and hospitality. Thanks to the support of the FESR 2021-2027 Program by the Lombardy Region, we had the opportunity to showcase our technological innovations and connect with industry professionals globally.
Our Events at HostMilano
During the fair, IMS Filtri presented its innovative products and participated in numerous events, collaborating with prestigious partners and international clients. The key events include:
- October 17: The Food Sister prepared a delicious carrot cake, served with infusions made with our Herbpress filter. A perfect combination of sweetness and health, merging the art of pastry with tea innovation using advanced technology.
- October 18: We hosted Breakfast Club at our stand, where visitors enjoyed a rich breakfast accompanied by coffee extracted using our IMS filters. The perfect event to start the day with energy and quality.
- Also on October 18, we participated in the off-site event Out of the Box organized by La Marzocco. During this exclusive event, we presented our Herbpress filter, prepared various teas and infusions, and demonstrated the potential of our product in a new extraction method.
- October 19: Our stand hosted chef Matteo Galliani, who, in collaboration with the Il Griso roasting company, prepared a risotto with milk and coffee butter. A gourmet dish that highlighted the excellence of coffee and Italian cuisine.
- Also on October 19, we had the pleasure of hosting Matteo Beluffi, who presented his coffees from the Oltre roasting company, providing a unique opportunity to discover new horizons in the world of coffee.
- October 20: At our stand, we hosted La Panificatrice Folle, who presented a selection of desserts served with coffee from the Hub Coffee Lab roastery. At lunch, she prepared tortellini served with infusions made with the Herbpress filter, creating a convivial and innovative experience.
Additionally, every day we organized Espresso Cupping and Moka Cupping, where participants could compare the differences in extraction using traditional filters and IMS and E&B Lab filters, to understand how technology can impact the final result.
Participating in HostMilano 2025 was a unique opportunity for IMS Filtri to strengthen its international presence, collaborate with other industry leaders, and continue innovating in coffee technology. The support received from the European Regional Development Fund (FESR) made this experience possible, significantly impacting the company’s development and the internationalization of its activities.
